  • What is Career Coaching?
    Career coaching is similar to life coaching, though the main focus is on reaching your professional goals. However, there is usually some overlap between our professional and personal lives, and each session is tailored to your needs in the moment.
  • What’s the difference between coaching and therapy or counseling?
    Coaches and therapists receive different training and certifications, and coaches do not diagnose or treat mental illness. Generally, therapy focuses on resolving past issues and trauma, while coaching is more focused on achieving future goals. However, you can use coaching and therapy in conjunction to heal from the past in order to move toward a more fulfilling future.
  • How does coaching work?
    Life Coaching typically consists of a series of one-on-one sessions and follows a few techniques key to uncover your deepest desires and the right goals you want to achieve, and then help you develop a personalized plan to achieve. My personal specialty is navigating major career and life transitions with structured process, guidance, practical tips and resources, closing the gap between your current state and your desired state, helping you to zero in on negative patterns that could be standing in the way of your success, as well helping you stay focused and on track.   • Where and how do we do coaching sessions?
    Sessions are typically conducted face to face or phone or video conference, with email support. This allows you the freedom to take sessions from anywhere in the world from the convenience of office, home, or any private location.
  • What is a discovery call?
    During the discovery call, we will explore the challenges and opportunities you are facing, whether coaching sounds right for you, and determine if we are a good fit to work together.
  • Is it confidential?
    Absolutely! A coaching container is a sacred container forged on a foundation of trust. You can be assured that everything we discuss during our sessions remains between us and will not be shared.
  • How long is each session?
    Coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes depending on your situation, and yes, this is determined beforehand. Together we schedule appointments to fit your specific needs. Please feel free to ask me for more information.

    Absolutely! My philosophy is not a one-size-fits-all approach; All coaching packages are tailored to your specific needs and requirements so that together, we keep making steps towards your goals.     You can expect to start seeing results as soon as you make the firm decision to commit to change. However, that doesn’t mean that everything will magically be different overnight. A coaching container keeps you focused and accountable to consistent action that moves you toward your goals.

    Yes. Before we begin our sessions, it is important to sign a coaching contract, so you are clear on the terms and conditions for the service being provided and the expectations. An agreement between us also helps to solidify your commitment to coaching.
